What God Has Done For Me
It is hard for me to put into words, but I will do my best to tell you what He has done for me. He has brought me back in church, so that He can show me what he has for me. He has showed me how to love myself and how to love others, but most of all how to love and serve Him above all else. He has brought me back from death. He has given me a good family. Mainly, He is still working on me and I have much farther to go before I leave this place. As long as I lean on Him, He will never leave me nor forsake me.
There are times when it seems like that He has left me, but it’s in those times that I must confess that it was I that left Him and that He has been there all the time. He has rescued me out of evil and awful places that I should not have been in. He has kept me safe from the evil one.
I want to encourage all to keep believing on God for He will always love you and keep you right to the end of time. Heaven is going to be a wonderful place and I’m going to be there! That is the only goal that I have is to be there with Him.

The sermon was "Are You Plugged In?"
Coach Darrell Barnwell (Girl’s Varsity)
• It was a different service; I don’t see how you worship like this ALL the time. I couldn’t do it! I really enjoyed the sermon. In practice on Monday, I was asking the girls “Are you plugged in?” I let the girls know I was plugged in and those that didn’t attend church were not plugged in!
Coach Whaley (Assistant for Girl’s Varsity) and wife Kelly
• This service was amazing! Man we have go to be plugged in! Kelly – I loved every part of the service. This was an experience for me. I was so hyped up that I shared the message with the TN. High Coach and told him the reason our JV girls won was because they were plugged in.
Coach Megan Aldridge (Girl’s Freshman)
• This was a blast! How do you not leave this place still have a voice for Monday? I was yelling with everyone that I left with a headache! Joshua was so awesome up there singing.
Coach Ken Cutlip (Boys Head coach)
• I enjoyed the service…not know what to except, I came anticipating that it would be like this! Great message!
Coach Kevin Vannoy (Boy’s JV Coach)
• That message did something to me. I decided to be more positive to my boys on Monday’s practice. Every time they did something good I told them you must be plugged into the power, when they did something wrong, I told them, you must be operating on battery power! That message really has stuck with me.

My Spiritual Life
Since I have been a member of The Pentecostal Church of Johnson City my spiritual life has done a whole 180. Before I came to this church my spiritual life was like a crazy roller coaster! What do I mean by that, I mean that sometimes the service would be high and other times the service would be so dull! When I came to The Pentecostal Church I was able to finally take a breath. Being part of The Pentecostal Church has felt like I have got on a new ride that never gets dull, always exciting! I just want to thank God for this great thrill!
